Ambassador Taylor will offer his insights on the current state of the war in Ukraine. Without wading into the politics of the next US administration, he will assess the position that Ukraine is in at the moment.
Ambassador Taylor served as the chargé d’affaires at the U.S. embassy in Kyiv in 2019, and as the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine from 2006 to 2009. He is currently Vice President, Europe and Russia, at the US Institute of Peace. He will join us via Zoom for an update on the war in Ukraine that has hit 1,000 days and counting.
