Shalonda Spencer is the Executive Director of Women of Color Advancing Peace and Security (WCAPS). Her presentation will explore the benefits and opportunities of ensuring that the face of U.S. foreign policy reflects the diverse image of the people of America. She will help us reimagine how the impact of a more diverse, equitable, inclusive approach to representation in U.S. foreign policy benefits the world and ourselves.
